Certified Personal Trainer
Katy graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a BS in Kinesiology in 2000, became a certified personal trainer, and has been working in the health and fitness industry ever since. She has spent those years working with clients in various settings. She is passionate about creating functional exercise programs, educating clients on proper lifting technique, and helping people live a healthier, more active lifestyle. In addition to incorporating strength training into her daily life, she enjoys long walks, a good audio book, and spending time with her family.
