Certified Eating Psychology Practitioner
Rachael Collins is a certified Life and Weight Coach through the Life Coach School. She is also a certified Eating Psychology Practitioner through the Institute For The Psychology of Eating. Through her own struggles with food and weight loss, she has learned that it’s not only important to know what to eat, but to get to the root cause of why you eat. One of her gifts is being able to see what’s really going on under the surface that’s preventing her clients from losing weight. She has spent countless hours outside of her certifications researching hormonal health, gut health, as well as overall mental and physical well-being. She enjoys baking, hanging out with her family, going on trips, and reading.
She is a big believer in losing weight for the last time by making weight loss fit you and your life!
